About myself: I am a Yoga Alliance (YACEP) certified Breathwork and Meditation Teacher. From a young age, I delved into mindfulness, yoga, and various movement practices, discovering a deep passion for Kundalini yoga and breathwork. This transformative journey reshaped my life, particularly in managing stress and anxiety during a hectic work schedule. I am passionate about using the power of breathwork and effective communication to change lives.
